From May through September, the Noble County Saddle Club host a number of special events and speed shows. From Cowboy Mounted Action Shooting to Barrel Racing, from Pole Racing to Flags we invite you to bring your family and join us for a day full of fun and horses

May 2008

Cowboy Mounted Action Shooting
with the Indiana Mounted Regulators
May 17 & 18
event begins at: 10am

Cowboy mounted shooting is one of the nation's fastest growing equestrian sports. In this fast action, timed event mounted contestants compete using two .45 caliber single action revolvers loaded with specially prepared blank ammunition. The object: see who can complete a patterned course of fire in the fast time while hitting their targets. It is trully a flavor of the old west. So join us and the Indiana Mounted Regulators for a rooten-tooten good time!

Barrels, poles and flags--our 2-day speed show has it all! The weekend begins Friday evening with warm-ups starting at 5pm with class 2 beginning at 6pm. Saturday's event starts with warm-ups at 10am and class 3 not to start before 12noon. With plenty of room for camping, clean restroom, and terrific meals available from the kitchen, bring the whole family and make a weekend of it!

The Noble County Saddle Club's annual July JACKPOT show is a speed event that draws competators from the tri -state region. With top pay-outs, some of the most athletic horses and some of the best speed event riders from the region, this 2-day event is well worth the trip.
